Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment and supplies, and assisting the surgical team during procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating room, including setting up equipment and supplies
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments and maintaining asepsis
  • Sterilize equipment and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized operating room
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the smooth execution of procedures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
