Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the design and optimization of ESP systems and artificial lift technologies within the oil and gas sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and resolve challenging technical issues related to artificial lift systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ESP design software and hydraulic simulation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and project management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Capacity to sit, speak, or listen for extended periods.
  • Full use of both hands for manipulating tools and controls.
  • Ability to reach and manipulate objects at various distances.
