In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and optimization of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and various artificial lift technologies aimed at improving production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and recommend tailored ESP systems and artificial lift technologies based on client specifications and well conditions.
- Conduct thorough hydraulic calculations and simulations to maximize the performance of ESP and related systems.
- Select and specify essential pump components, including motors and pump stages, aligned with production goals.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for ESP systems, ensuring peak operational performance.
- Analyze complex operational challenges and devise effective solutions for ESP and artificial lift technologies.
- Perform detailed site evaluations to gather data for system design and performance assessments.
- Manage projects involving ESP and artificial lift systems from conception through execution, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee project schedules, resource management, and adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including sales, manufacturing, and field services, to achieve successful project results.
- Engage with clients to comprehend their unique needs and operational challenges.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the design and optimization of ESP systems and artificial lift technologies within the oil and gas sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and resolve challenging technical issues related to artificial lift systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ESP design software and hydraulic simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and project management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to sit, speak, or listen for extended periods.
