Position Summary

Are you passionate about designing and executing exceptional culinary experiences? We are currently looking for a Culinary Operations Manager to lead our food service initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee menu innovation and preparation, ensuring creativity and precision in every dish served. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, food costs, and ensuring client satisfaction while nurturing the growth of your team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and adjust menus in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring adherence to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
  • Prepare and implement daily production schedules and inventory logs.
  • Guide and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and sanitation practices.
  • Ensure compliance with culinary standards, including recipe accuracy and food quality.
  • Oversee inventory management of food and supplies, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Adhere to health and sanitation regulations, as verified through audits by health authorities.
  • Project annual food and labor costs while monitoring actual financial performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to align culinary programs with their goals, enhancing satisfaction and retention.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the smooth operation of dining services.
Qualifications:
  • A.S. degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in culinary management.
  • Experience in high-volume food service operations.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • ServSafe Certification required.
