Job Summary

Katapult Network is a dynamic organization dedicated to connecting recent college graduates with top employers. We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain personnel-related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, and employee leaves of absence.
  • Verify and evaluate employment applications to determine applicant eligibility.
  • Coordinate job postings and notify eligible workers of position availability.
  • Explain company policies, benefits, and procedures to employees and job applicants.
  • Record and maintain employee data, including addresses, earnings, and performance reports.
  • Assist in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans.
  • Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information for screening and evaluation.
  • Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.

  • Bachelor's degree
