Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with a background in real estate or finance to join our team as a Valuation Expert. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in both people and numbers, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis for various real estate-related assets, including hotels and other hospitality-related properties.
  • Perform market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze historical financial data and forecast future performance to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain a database of relevant property information and ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in real estate operations or finance is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to work.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel for property tours and inspections.
  • Clear communication skills in various forms, including written and verbal.
  • Visual acuity for reading and computer work.
