About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services practice. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our team and will be responsible for:
- Participating in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects, primarily for private equity clients and middle market companies.
- Performing rigorous analysis of financial and operational data of target companies, and assisting in quality of earnings, net working capital, and other ad hoc analyses.
- Assisting in meetings with target company personnel and assisting with client communications.
- Generating comprehensive financial due diligence reports presenting key findings and important deal considerations to clients.
- Participating in practice development initiatives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting or finance. The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 1 year of related work experience at an accounting, audit or consulting firm.
- Active CPA license/CPA eligible or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to distill complex data into meaningful insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Naturally driven and intellectually curious.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.
