Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and merchandising of products, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure products are properly tagged, hung, and secured.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles, and monitor productivity to coach as needed.
  • Customer Experience: Engage and interact with customers to provide a positive internal and external experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment, and maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the backroom area.
  • Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates on priorities, progress, and recognition.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Communication Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Team player with the ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
