Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and developing solution proposals.
- Creating pre-sales tools and comprehensive documentation.
- Gathering customer requirements and communicating them to Product Management teams.
- Overseeing deployments, implementations, and integrations alongside the after-sales delivery team to ensure timely and precise project execution.
- Accompanying the Sales team on customer visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Addressing functional and technical aspects of RFI's/RFP's.
- Managing the customer journey to establish a successful proof of concept (POC).
- Training the sales team on Zenlayer products.
- Providing regular updates on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT sales solutions or pre-sales support, particularly in network and/or cloud security products in a client-facing capacity.
- Thorough understanding of networking technologies, including LAN and WAN, switching and routing, security measures (firewalls and filtering technologies), and cloud hosting infrastructure architectures within data centers and SDWAN.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between clients and the engineering team.
