Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Vice Chief Anesthesiologist to join our expanding team at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital. As a key member of our anesthesia care team, you will have the opportunity to work with a friendly and collaborative team consisting of 20 physicians and 32 CRNAs. Our team holds privileges at HCA West Marion Community Hospital and works in a Level I Trauma Center with 323 beds.
Responsibilities- Support the continued development of the department, collaborating with leadership from West Marion Community Hospital as needed.
- Participate in key hospital committees, working closely with administration to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- C coordinate staffing and scheduling with the Chief MD and GME Program Director, ensuring optimal care delivery.
- Recognize talent within the department and delegate responsibilities effectively, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
