Location: Spokane

Work Schedule:
Typically Monday to Friday with on-call responsibilities during weekends and weekdays

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator in the Spokane area. This role is essential in guiding families, youth, and staff teams by equipping them with the necessary tools, resources, and compassionate support to reach their objectives. You will oversee and mentor a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Case Managers who assist youth with diverse support requirements in achieving favorable results. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related discipline, or 5 years of relevant experience
  • Availability for on-call duties

Licensing and Certifications:

  • Must possess or obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle, and auto insurance
  • TB Test: Required within 7 days of employment commencement or prior to onsite work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience
  • Internal candidate preferred
