Job Title: Development Department Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Development Department as an Administrative Coordinator.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position located in Brooklyn, New York. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising staff, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce NPSP for fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing written correspondence and department reports
  • Arranging and managing meetings
  • Assisting with departmental events
  • Supporting senior members of the department
  • Working on special projects and events
  • Supervising department support staff

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently as well as within a team, with excellent follow-up skills.

Requirements:
  • Experience supervising staff
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce NPSP for fundraising
  • Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
