About the Role:
Piedmont is seeking a talented Nurse Residency Program participant to join our team. As a Nurse Residency participant, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical judgment, communication skills, and professional commitment to nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients from birth through the lifecycle
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
- Graduate of a nursing program
- New graduates of a nursing program eligible
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification required
