**About the Role**

This 12-week comprehensive orientation will provide you with hands-on training, guidance from experienced preceptors, and opportunities to develop your clinical skills in a variety of med/surg units. Upon completion, you'll have the option to transition to a specific unit or join our float pool, ensuring a seamless integration into our healthcare team.
