Position Overview
We are seeking a PRN CT Technologist who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting CT imaging procedures while prioritizing patient satisfaction and maintaining high standards of image quality. If you are a qualified professional with a passion for healthcare, we welcome your application.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct CT examinations in accordance with established protocols and within designated timeframes.
- Assemble procedure trays with the necessary equipment and supplies.
- Gather patient medical history and obtain relevant orders or previous imaging results.
- Communicate pertinent patient information, including history and symptoms, to the radiologist.
- Administer IVs for contrast as required for imaging procedures.
- Participate in after-hours coverage through on-call shift rotations.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and accreditation requirements.
- Graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Current ARRT certification with advanced registry, or registry eligible with advanced CT certification to be obtained within one year of hire.
- Preferred: One year of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
- Availability for a flexible PRN schedule, including day and night shifts.
