Job Summary:

The Mental Health Therapist will provide assessment and therapy services for adolescents and adults, coordinating and managing services to meet individual client needs. This role requires a Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline and experience working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop initial assessments of individual treatment needs through one-on-one sessions and review of referral agency records.
Collaborate with other resources to develop treatment plan goals, using behavioral health assessment tools and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain progress notes and reports, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure quality clinical care and compliance with regulations.
Provide clinically appropriate treatment, including individual and group counseling, to meet treatment plan goals.
Maintain a clinical caseload, supporting productivity and financial sustainability of the program.
Participate in program outreach activities, including behavioral health screenings and community events, to increase community impact and build connections with referring providers.

Requirements:

Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline, such as psychology, counseling, or social work.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent customer interaction, collaboration, and communication skills.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, preferred.

Physical Demands/Environmental Profile:

This role requires the ability to perform CPR, first aid, and crisis intervention using agency-trained protocols. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are also required.
