Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an educational setting in Phoenixville, PA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and be certified as an RBT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Conduct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions based on student needs.
  • Maintain detailed records and collect data on student progress.
  • Collaborate closely with school personnel, teachers, and parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies.
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students.

Requirements:
