Job Summary

Legrand AV, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product pricing, availability, and order tracking.
  • Order Management: Enter orders received via various communication channels and follow up with customers to ensure timely processing.
  • Return and Credit Processing: Process incoming requests for returns and credits within company guidelines.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of company products and processes through training and other available resources.
  • Communication: Respond to customer non-technical problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products from customer-initiated contacts.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Enter customer feedback tickets into our system on a timely and consistent basis.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of customer care experience.
  • Skills: Ability to multi-task, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused orientation.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a product support call center or similar environment is preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a general office (call center) environment that requires regular sitting and data entry on a keyboard.
