Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team. As a Teacher and Center Staff Member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our children and helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Curriculum: Develop and implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Create a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Establish a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and thrive.
  • Partner with Parents: Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in their child's education.
  • Collaborate with Center Staff: Work closely with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Develop positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Communication: Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
