EXOS TALENT is expanding its operations and is in search of an experienced Information Security Lead to guide our internal cybersecurity initiatives.

This role requires onsite presence.

Please note that this position does not offer sponsorship or C2C arrangements.

As the Information Security Lead at our Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), you will take charge of directing and supervising the cybersecurity team, managing daily operations, and ensuring the provision of top-notch cybersecurity services to our clientele. With a robust background in information security and proven leadership capabilities, you will offer strategic direction, mentorship, and support to the team, while also working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to tackle cybersecurity challenges and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the cybersecurity team, including training and performance evaluations, to ensure the team is well-prepared to deliver outstanding cybersecurity services.
    • Supervise daily cybersecurity operations, including security monitoring, incident management, vulnerability assessment, and security tool oversight, to proactively identify and mitigate security threats.
  • Formulate and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards to ensure adherence to industry regulations, best practices, and client specifications, while continuously enhancing the organization's cybersecurity framework.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT operations, engineering, compliance, and business units, to integrate cybersecurity into the overall business strategy and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Act as the primary contact for cybersecurity-related inquiries, escalations, and incidents, both internally and externally, ensuring prompt resolution and communication to stakeholders.
  • Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including solution design, implementation, and documentation, to meet clients' cybersecurity requirements and support business development efforts.
  • Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, providing strategic advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices throughout the organization, including conducting training and awareness sessions for employees and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external cybersecurity vendors, partners, and industry organizations to remain updated on the latest cybersecurity technologies and solutions.
  • Support Sales operations as a Subject Matter Expert when necessary.

Qualifications for Information Security Lead:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in information security with substantial expertise in cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and best practices, capable of providing strategic cybersecurity guidance and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in client engagement and cybersecurity solution delivery, with a proven history of building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other advanced cybersecurity certifications (preferred).
