Customer Service Representative

Coburn Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate staff resources, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Utilize effective communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering, to document and improve service work processes.
- Documentation: Complete call logs and reports as required, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.
- Bilingual: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to details and accuracy.
- Proficiency: Proficiency in data entry and ability to navigate multiple applications/screens.
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. The employee will work in an office setting, using standard office equipment such as photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The employee may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
