Key Responsibilities:
The Manufacturing Support Specialist aids in the seasonal production cycle by facilitating the placement, execution, and follow-up of manufacturing orders, ensuring the punctual delivery of quality, profitable products.
- Research and coordinate the approval of raw materials and trims.
Operations & Results:
- Collaborate with Design and Merchandising to ensure timely execution of the product development timeline.
- Enter and maintain updates for each style in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system or shared drives; track daily progress of goods on order, in progress (WIP), and in transit to guarantee timely delivery according to the development calendar; generate and distribute production status reports; follow up with vendors, factories, and Design/Merchandising as necessary.
- Work with merchandisers to verify the accuracy of size breaks, tickets, and item information in the PLM system; input data into the approved vendor matrix, including costing and production capacity portfolio.
- Create, modify, input, and manage production orders while monitoring their transmission to factories; organize and maintain records of purchase orders (POs); receive and track all pre-production samples and stock deliveries.
- Maintain the fabric/trim library in collaboration with Design; oversee product development logs, trim inventory/liability inventory, and production archives; track non-compliance/claims chargebacks with vendors when applicable.
- Assist with the fit process; maintain detailed notes; adhere to and enforce production standards established by LF USA.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
Customer & Relationship Management:
- Foster collaborative relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Undertake special projects as assigned.
Team Dynamics:
- Positively contribute to team dynamics and manage upward communication as necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills; team-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Creativity, technical capability, and an understanding of merchandising/design.
- Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim, and print techniques.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in apparel production and sourcing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, CAD, and Mac computers.

Salary Range:
$55,000 - $58,000

The stated base salary range reflects our good faith estimate of what candidates can expect, and we tailor our offers within this range based on various factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other relevant factors during the selection process.
Base salary is part of a total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, annual bonuses, and other Centric Brands-sponsored benefit programs.
