Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall quality of delivery on assigned projects. Your expertise in manufacturing process and large, global projects will be crucial in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model. You will work closely with the business to translate requirements for IT and distribute work within team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement MES solutions
• Lead the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model
• Ensure seamless integration with external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, and HMI
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process and MES implementation
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and process control systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
