Position Summary
The Genesis Group is looking for a dedicated and personable Client Support Specialist to become a part of our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every client enjoys a positive interaction with our organization. Your responsibilities will include promptly addressing inquiries, keeping precise records, and delivering exceptional client support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, approachable, and knowledgeable about insurance offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Assist clients with new quotes, policy updates, payments, and additional services
  • Organize appointments and manage scheduling
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client communications
  • Review audits and/or policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure thorough client support
Required Qualifications
  • Understanding of insurance products
  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
