Position Overview

Bob's Carpet and Flooring is seeking a skilled sales consultant for our retail outlet. Our Sales Consultants deliver an exceptional experience by providing high-quality products and outstanding customer service tailored to each client's unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers to match them with the ideal products and services.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing journey, including installation, while promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct site visits to measure for products and evaluate installation requirements.
  • Accurately input customer orders and payments into our system in a timely manner.
  • Keep the showroom clean and visually appealing.
  • Share product knowledge and insights with fellow sales consultants.
  • Complete all necessary documentation to process customer orders efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing and internal processes.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented and punctual,
Approachable and sociable,
Capable of professional communication with individuals or groups, both verbally and in writing,
Reliable transportation for conducting home measurements,
Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends.


Education:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
