  • Customer First Approach: Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions. Listen and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Sales and Customer Experience Goals: Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
  • Customer Onboarding: Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services and gains their consent.
  • Operational and Administrative Tasks: Perform operational and administrative tasks.
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
  • Sales Excellence and Professionalism: Consistently demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
  • Compliance and Training: Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures. Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
  • Sales Compensation Plan: Know and understand sales compensation plan and its key elements.
  • Work Schedule and Physical Demands: Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s) and overtime as needed. May be asked to work in alternate stores outside of home base store. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to carry and lift up to 25 pound boxes, stand and move about the store constantly.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.   • Education and Certifications: High School Diploma / GED. Certifications (if applicable).
  • Relative Work Experience: 2-5 Years.
