Position Overview:

This position is based at our office in Lenexa, Kansas, offering a flexible work arrangement that includes three days in the office and the possibility of remote work for two days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the IT department, CHA business units, and the Project Management Office to design and develop application systems.
  • Contribute to project management, architectural design, and development processes.
  • Follow change control protocols for production implementations.
  • Test and enhance solutions to guarantee optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Establish deployment pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps and Octopus for various services and projects.
  • Document solutions in accordance with development standards and procedures.
  • Address production application errors while adhering to IT change management processes.
  • Design database objects aligned with organizational data policies and support reporting systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-7 years of collaborative programming experience.
  • Expertise in .NET architecture, C#, ASP.NET, REST, JSON, JavaScript, and .NET Framework.
  • Experience with Object-Relational Mappers such as Entity Framework or Dapper.
  • Familiarity with source control systems (Azure DevOps) and Single Sign-On (Okta).
  • Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies and client/server architecture.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment and knowledge of Azure methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Desirable skills include HTML, CSS, SQL, T-SQL, MVC, and effective database design.
