Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Services Operations Specialist to join our team at Fulton Financial Corporation. This role will provide operational support to our Financial Advisors and their clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors, including scheduling meetings, preparing client materials, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Process client transactions, such as trades, deposits, and withdrawals, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Financial Advisors to prepare client meetings and presentations, including gathering relevant data and creating reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and files using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services or sales environment.
  • Knowledge of investment industry terminology and mathematics sufficient to process account and transaction information.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
