**Job Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
  • One year of previous experience working with individuals living with mental health diagnoses preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

 

**Salary Range:** The estimated salary for this position is $22-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
