Role Summary
The Client Relationship Specialist is pivotal in cultivating strong customer connections. This role emphasizes Wealth Management and Commercial Banking, focusing on welcoming clients, establishing new accounts, and promoting banking and wealth management solutions. You will handle complex transactions with confidence and provide outstanding service to both existing and potential clients, enhancing TrustBank's reputation in the community.
Key Responsibilities
· Promote TrustBank's Core Values and Service Standards
o Ensure clients receive timely and courteous assistance.
o Identify and recommend products that align with client needs.
o Actively represent TrustBank at community events to foster new relationships.
· Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
o Facilitate the opening of new personal and business accounts.
o Manage certificates of deposit and possess knowledge of IRAs.
o Assist clients in resolving account-related inquiries.
o Assess product suitability to meet client requirements.
· Collaborate with Team Members
o Adapt to scheduling needs during operational hours.
o Assist in opening and closing the bank as necessary.
· Additional Banking Responsibilities
o Perform occasional teller duties.
o Handle administrative tasks within the branch.
o Provide customer support via phone.
o Ensure proper identification for all new clients and comply with regulations.
o Manage ATM/Debit card orders and updates.
o Process check orders for clients.
o Undertake other assigned duties as needed.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Banking hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM. The work environment is typically moderate in noise level, and the role may involve standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
