Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Behavior Specialist to join our team of top pediatric specialists at Blue Bird Day LLC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development and behavior, with experience working with neurodivergent children and their families.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement an intensive therapeutic program for children aged 2-6 with autism, ADHD, and other developmental conditions.
  • Work directly with clients and their families to support development and caregiver success.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, including DIR/Floortime and play-based therapy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or related field.
  • Experience working with neurodivergent children and their families.
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
