We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in students, helping them achieve effective communication skills and academic success.

Job Summary

This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, with a strong background in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide SLP services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support students' communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP License.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
