Job DescriptionRole Overview

A Speech Language Pathologist Assistant is required to join our team at Soliant, providing essential support to students in pre-K through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop tailored therapy plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
  • Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a Bachelors Degree in a related field and a valid Maryland SLPA license.
