**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our team at 1800lighting. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous customer service experience in a call center or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
