About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team in the Tri-state National Capitol Region. This remote position is responsible for driving strategy, business development, growth, and financial outcomes for projects or contracts as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand current operations and maintain relationships with clients
  • Secure additional contracts through established business development processes
  • Ensure successful contract execution and direct financial and budget activities
  • Allocate and prioritize resources, collaborate with senior executives, and participate in business development pursuits
  • Institute a culture of safety and compliance, and perform incidental tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of ten years of management experience with increased responsibility and strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources modeling
  • Strong foundation of specialized skills and knowledge, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated self-starter and problem solver, with ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and/or business development, with strong presentation skills
  • Active Top-Secret Security clearance or ability to obtain
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and web collaboration tools
