About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Homes From Heidi. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions from contract to close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative aspects of the transaction, including paperwork, scheduling, and communication with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of all documents, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
  • Schedule moving times and attend closing-related meetings.
  • Coordinate home inspections, negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and ensure each repair is completed.
  • Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders during the transaction process.
  • Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to send reminders, check-in, and let them know what to expect in each step of the closing process.
  • Establish relationships with all third parties, including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and agents, to ensure a smooth closing process and share relevant information.
Requirements
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service.
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred.
  • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing.
