Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales engineer to join our team as a Territory Sales Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth of Controls & Ancillary products sales within assigned territories. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and owners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering with 5-7+ years of experience in HVAC and HVAC Control Systems.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Spanish (read/write/speak).
