**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and increase market share in assigned territories.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building strong relationships with retail partners, and providing exceptional customer service.

Sales Objectives:

  • Drive increased sell-through and market share for each store within the designated territory.
  • Build relationships and interact with retail partners to share knowledge through training and build brand advocacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to foster brand advocacy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-8 years of combined sales and/or retail sales experience with strong relative experience in retail business and/or wireless.
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience managing direct reports in a retail and/or retail sales field.
