Your Role in the Restaurant

As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for inspiring and supporting your team to provide exceptional customer service. This includes:

  • Ensuring the restaurant has adequate capacity to meet customer demand
  • Maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for employees and customers
  • Overseeing routine ordering and inventory practices to ensure sufficient product levels
  • Ensuring the restaurant remains clean and safe for customers
  • Adapting to changing situations to support your team's abilities and knowledge
  • Resolving customer issues and employee wellness concerns
  • Executing marketing plans to build repeat customer visits
  • Reviewing profit and loss statements and progress toward goals with the District Manager
Requirements
  • Desire to grow and succeed in your personal and professional development
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and use your hands to prepare sandwiches
  • Drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in working scheduled shifts
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
  • Adequate driving record, including a valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently with various personalities
  • Background check completed satisfactorily and be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
