Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to assist our General Manager in restaurant operations and achieving planned sales and profit levels. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for implementing, managing, and enforcing company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower
  • Ensure all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner
  • Perform/assist all functions for all positions in the restaurant as needed
  • Ensure unit compliance to productivity and service standards with a sufficient number of well-trained and productive employees
  • Manage facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, security measures, and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements
  • Conduct employment activities, including staffing, training, and performance reviews
  • Ensure accurate financial data, including payroll, cash and receipts, productivity, food costs, and operating expenses
Requirements
  • High school diploma; some college or degree preferred
  • 1-2 years' managerial experience, preferably in the food service industry
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work irregular hours under heavy pressure/stress
