As a Scrum Master at First American Title Insurance Company, you will play a key role in facilitating our software delivery teams and ensuring that we are working efficiently and effectively.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving effective Scrum ceremonies, coaching and mentoring team members, helping Product Owners manage their backlog, and assisting in release planning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be skilled in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with team members and stakeholders. You will also be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and work on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously without impact to quality.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
