We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our Organization Management Team and drive the development of new features for our Docusign Administration product. As a key member of our team, you will lead full stack engineers, coordinate with other engineering managers, and work closely with stakeholders to assemble a product roadmap that supports our company vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute our product roadmap using agile practices, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software features.
  • Build and maintain scalable, performant, and highly available services that meet the needs of multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to design and implement solutions that drive business success.
  • Work closely with the Product Management team to gather requirements and architect next-generation services.
  • Improve performance and reliability of existing services, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Mentor and grow your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of combined software development and management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple languages and frameworks, as well as expertise in cloud platforms and large-scale systems.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing full stack engineering teams and driving business outcomes.
  • A deep understanding of software development principles, including agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,800 - $214,350 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect:
