About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Methodologies Lead to join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA). In this role, you will lead the implementation of Agile methodologies and facilitate collaboration within the team. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing requirements, guiding the team through sprint planning and backlog grooming, and fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team
  • Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team
  • Act as a servant leader, supporting the team's needs and facilitating their success
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of product and business analyst experience
