Speech Language Pathology Specialist for Complex Cases

At Kaiser Permanente, we're seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Level II to join our team in San Leandro, California. As a valued member of our staff, you'll play a critical role in providing diagnosis and treatment for patients with complex communication disorders.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and at least two years of experience as a Speech Therapist. A California Speech-Language Pathologist License and National Provider Identifier are also required. Basic Life Support certification is mandatory at hire.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings plans and paid time off.

In this role, you'll work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adults and children. You'll also have the opportunity to oversee the work of entry-level staff and support community programs.
