About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at the Exceptional Children's Foundation. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with clients aged birth to three years, providing speech and language therapy, staff training, family support and education, case management, and program marketing services.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating clients to diagnose and plan treatment for speech, language, fluency, articulation, expressive and receptive language delays, and hearing loss. You will also prepare comprehensive reports following evaluations and develop treatment plans, reviewing results with parents.

The ideal candidate will have a Master of Arts/Science Degree in Speech Pathology or related field, along with current California State License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Pathology. Two years of clinical experience working with children aged birth to three years who have a wide range of disorders is required.
