Job Description

Upshift is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload shipments of products, accurately recording receiving data and inspecting contents for damages and volume.
  • Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter receiving data on paperwork.
  • Manage and return wrong or damaged shipments to senders.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lb occasionally and up to 25lb often, as well as reaching with hands and arms in any direction and kneeling and stooping repeatedly.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to hear and see well.
