As a Supply Planner, you will be instrumental in executing our supply strategy in collaboration with our partners. Your role is vital in streamlining our manufacturing processes and ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and a reliable customer experience globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate inventory strategies based on prevailing demand and work with stakeholders to achieve internal objectives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Evaluate demand fluctuations and modify supply chain master data as necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive 2-year supply strategy, identify deficiencies, and propose solutions.
  • Enhance supply planning methodologies and tools.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, availability, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team and partners to address scheduling challenges.
  • Engage in short-term initiatives and new product introduction transition planning.
  • Participate in cross-training for customer fulfillment and outbound logistics.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Oracle, S&OP software, Salesforce, Agile, or Tableau.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in production scheduling, inventory oversight, or related fields.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Most tasks are conducted in an office setting.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs may be necessary.
  • Utilization of a computer keyboard and telephone communication.
  • Travel by vehicle and/or airplane, with occasional on-call responsibilities.
  • This position offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote work options.
