Position Summary

The Xfinity Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Comcast's suite of products and services, including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home. This role emphasizes both individual sales to single-family homes and building relationships with property management for sales to multiple dwelling units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit advanced knowledge of Comcast's offerings, actively promoting and selling to individual customers within an assigned territory.
  • Maintain up-to-date competitive knowledge regarding features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns related to video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
  • Build rapport with customers, assessing their existing and potential product needs to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Enhance customer understanding of Comcast's products and pricing models, highlighting competitive advantages.
  • Independently create and implement turf management plans, utilizing effective sales techniques to maximize performance.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in residential canvassing sales, particularly in business-to-consumer environments.
  • Exhibit strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including door-to-door sales in various weather conditions.
Compensation

The base salary for this position is $31,500, with total target compensation (including commission) reaching up to $75,500. High performers have the potential to earn significantly more based on sales achievements.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
