Position Overview:

  • Collaborate with seasoned professionals to operate and comprehend the Flight Management System (FMS)
  • Analyze and formulate FMS specifications

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Flight Systems Engineers to join our team in shaping and advancing the future of aviation. These roles are high visibility and performance-oriented, offering opportunities for swift technical growth and leadership development.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate hardware and software system specifications
  • Support the design of hardware, software, and interface documentation
  • Evaluate and validate system architectures
  • Create assessments to test systems
  • Monitor supplier performance for system integration
  • Address issues related to deployed hardware and software
  • Investigate technological advancements for potential application to organizational needs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 3+ years of engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent education
  • Familiarity with Avionics, Systems Engineering, and/or FMS
  • Experience in hardware and software design
  • Proficiency with model-based development tools
  • Piloting experience
  • Understanding of engineering processes and methodologies
  • Project management capabilities
  • Knowledge of FAA/EASA certification processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Flight Simulator/VATSIM

Work Authorization:

This role requires compliance with Export Control regulations, therefore, a "US Person" is required.

Salary Range:

  • Experienced (Level 3): $102,850 - $139,150
  • Senior (Level 4): $128,350 - $173,650
