Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Equipment Delivery Specialist to join our team at Lincare Holdings. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering medical equipment and supplies to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Medical Equipment and Supplies: Safely and efficiently deliver medical equipment and supplies to customers, adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
  • Instruct Patients on Equipment Use: Provide clear and concise instructions to patients on the safe and appropriate use of medical equipment.
  • Follow Patient Orientation Checklists: Complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training of new patients.
  • Conduct Daily Deliveries: Perform daily deliveries, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain outstanding relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Valid Driver's License: Required.
  • Ability to Lift and Move Equipment: Ability to lift and move medical equipment and supplies, as needed.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
