Job Summary

The Server Assistant is a vital member of our dining room team, providing exceptional support to our servers and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist servers and hosts in delivering exceptional service to guests.
  • Provide water service and maintain water levels throughout the meal.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables with service wares, adhering to company standards and sanitation policies.
  • Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dish drop area and sort accordingly.
  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations, including silverware, linen, and condiments.
  • Ensure the dining room, waiting, and service areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Respond promptly and graciously to guest service issues and report to the appropriate server or manager.
  • Maintain an acceptable appearance for the station and surrounding area.
  • Participate in special cleaning projects, such as dusting, polishing, and scrubbing walls, as determined by weekly needs.
Requirements
  • Previous restaurant serving and/or customer service experience.
  • Ability to walk and stand throughout an eight-hour shift.
  • Ability to lift, balance, and carry large, oval dining room service trays.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 40lbs.
